Refund policy

At Sidra Haider, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

  • The product must have all original tags, labels and packaging intact.

  • The product must not have any signs of alteration, damage, makeup, perfume, washing or wear.

  • Products returned without their original packaging or tags may not be accepted.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Customized or specially altered orders.

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you with a replacement, exchange or other appropriate resolution.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the details below with:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photographs of the product, where applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send any product back before receiving confirmation from our team.

5. Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

If the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, Sidra Haider will review the case and, where the claim is approved, cover the applicable return/replacement shipping cost.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method or agreed refund method.

Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.

8. Important Note

Customers are advised to carefully check the size, color, product details and measurements before placing an order. If you need assistance regarding sizing or product details, please contact us before purchasing.

Sidra Haider reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
